Delivery Schedule

• Orders are delivered within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

• For festive seasons (e.g. Hari Raya), delivery dates may be scheduled in advance.

• You may select your preferred delivery date at checkout (subject to availability).

Packaging & Handling

All kuih are packed carefully in sealed jars and protective packaging.
As these are fragile food items, we kindly request customers to handle them with care upon receipt.

Damaged Items Policy

If your order arrives damaged:

• Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order

• Send clear photos of the damaged item via WhatsApp or email

• We will review and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable

Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery

• Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate.

• Redelivery due to incorrect address or missed delivery may incur additional charges.
